Rini looked over at Miri who was now screaming her lungs out.
Sesshomaru smiled at what he thought were her screams of fear. Boy was he in for a surprise.
After her screaming fit Miri ran up to Sesshomaru.
"Oh...my...god..your...your...Your Sesshomaru! "She screamed again.
"Get away from me you baka. "Sesshomaru said calmly.
"He called me a baka! "Miri said as if it was the best thing anyone had ever said to her.
"Yes I did now be gone! "Sesshomaru said. Miri just stood there staring at what to her was a god. Sesshomaru stared at her coldly.
It seems shes more excited about him then afriad.
"Go away wench. I have no need to waste my time fighting a weak little human like you! "Miri wasn't paying attention. All her focus was on that fluffy thing Shessomaru wrapped around his arm.
I can't help it. This might be my only chance. The one chance I get to find out what that thing really is.
"What the heck does she think she's doing? "Inuyasha looked confused. Miri reached out her hand to touch the fluffy thing. Sessomaru saw this.
What is she doing. d**n humans.
He grabbed he hand before she could touch the fluff and pulled her up into the air. Miri looked at her hand where he was grabbing her wrist.
Oh my god...Sesshomaru is touching my hand, this is the best ever...
Sesshomaru expected to see the look of fear but he saw a look of...of...happiness.
It's almost as if she worships me or something.
He let her go and she dropped to the ground. Sesshomaru walked around her not wishing to waste his time any more.

Chapter 15: Just a dream?
Miri slowly opened her eyes. What had happened last night. She remembered stabbing the sword into her arm but it didn't hurt. She looked over at her arm. There was no sword, no scar, nothing. She sighed.
Maybe it was just a dream.
She sat up and frowned. What a disappointment. She stood up and walked in front of her mirror. She was expecting to see her human normal face, with ocean blue eyes and thick red hair. But...
"AHHHHH! "She screamed. She backed away from the mirror and looked more closely. Her hair was still red but with silver roots. Once her hair grew out it would be completely silver.
Wow I look like a girl Sesshomaru.
She fingered her forehead with there was a purple crescent moon and she had two purple strips on each cheek to match. She couldn't belive her eyes.
Is this just another part of the dream.
She pinched herself.
"Ow. Nope not a dream. "She mumbled.
"Oh my god! "She yelled looking at her new pointy ears. She finally turned away from the mirror. She could hear and smell all sorts of things.
Lets see. Rini's sleeping, Rin is just waking up I think. And Sesshomaru...Sesshoamru was coming this way!
She quickly ran to the door and held it shut with her back.
"I can't let him see me yet. "She mumbled.

Sesshomaru woke up earlier that morning. He decided work was not the best thing to do and went for a little walk around the castle. It was quite a peaceful day. He was relieved when the servants had told him Miri didn't try to escape again. But his peaceful day didn't last long.
"AHHHHH! "He jumped at the sudden scream.
What the? That was Miri's scream.
He ran down to Miri's room.
d**n. They were right. All these halls are pointless and too easy to get lost in!
He growled and ran faster.
I'll follow her sent...wait...somethings wrong. I can smell a small amount of Miri's normal sent but there's a demon one too...It's almost as if the two smells joined together.
He glared down the halls till he finally came to Miri's room. There hadn't been any other screams but he still wanted to make sure. He went to open the door but couldn't.
"Miri! What's wrong? "He yelled.
"Uh.. Nothing's wrong. "She lied. Sesshomaru glared at the door.
"Then why did you scream? "He asked.
"There was a spider, a nasty one. But it's gone now. "She replied.
"Then why is there a demon sent in there with you? "He snapped. Miri was silent for a secound.
"Ummm..It's a new kind of perfume. I guess it must smell like a demon. "Sesshomaru didn't buy it. He knew some thing was up but would have to wait till later to find out.
"Let me in any way, "He put his hand on the door knob.
"No! "She yelled.
"What? "He snapped. Miri thought for a moment.
"I'm changing. "She kinda lied. Really she was...from a human to a demon. Sesshoamru remained silent.
"Well hurry up then so I can come in! "He growled. Miri started to panic.
"Ummm, I don't know what kimono to wear. "She said. Sesshomaru sighed.
"Then wear the blue one! "He yelled. Miri giggled.
Sesshomaru giving fashion advice? This could be fun.
"Which blue one? "She smiled. He sighed again.
"The plain blue one! "He backed away from the door.
This could take a while.
"Nah I don't feel like wearing that one. "She smirked.
"Wear it anyway! "He yelled. Miri sighed.
There goes my fun.
"One second. "She put the kimono on then went to her backpack. She took out a like round tube and smeared a green goo all over her face.
If I just hide the marking.. But what about my ears.
She took her hair and made sure it wasn't tucked behind her ears.
"That'll have to do. "She sighed.
I hope he doesn't notice the silver roots.
She opened the door.
"Hey Sesshomaru. "She smiled. He gasped and backed up.
"What happened to your face? "He yelled. Miri smirked.
"It's a cream from where I come from. It keeps your skin nice and smooth. "She said. He stepped a little bit closer and examined the goo.
"Are you sure it's not a demon trying to suck the life out of you? "He asked. Miri giggled.
"I'm sure. Now what do you want? "She asked. He ignored her. He couldn't stop starring at the green stuff. Miri sighed.
"If you don't want anything then go away. I'm busy! "She snapped. Seshsomaru looked down at her. She seemed to have more of a temper today.
"Actually I did want to talk to you about... "He began but Miri went back inside her room.
"To bad. "She slammed the door right in front of him. Sesshomaru couldn't belive it. Had a weak human girl just slammed the door on him? Him! The Lord Sesshomaru-sama! The Taiyoukai of the Western Lands! And she felt she could just slam the door on him.
"Open this door human! "He growled. Miri was on the other side hiding her laughter.
That was great! His face was priceless!
She tucked her hair behind her pointy ears while walking towards the mirror. She gasped.
"No way! "She yelled. Her eyes had turned from blue to gold! Miri smiled.
"Oh my god! "She yelled again.
"What? Whats wrong? "Sesshomaru yelled from behind the door. Miri looked at the door strangely.
He's still there?
"Umm it was nothing. The spider just came back. "She lied.
"Well let me in so I can kill it! "He sounded annoyed. Miri smirked.
"Thats okay. "She sat down on her bed and looked at her wrist. There were very light purple lines like the ones on her cheeks.
Okay I know I'm turning into a dog demon! This is the coolest!
Sesshomaru banged on the door.
"Let me in now! "He yelled.
"He sounds angry. "Miri mumbled.
"I am angry! "He knocked on the door hard. Miri sighed.
He can't come in here. He can't see my eyes! And there's no way to hide them.
She reached into her backpack.
d**n. Out of all the school days why did I pick that day to not bring my sun glasses.
"Fine I'll come in! "Sesshomaru pushed the door down and walked in. Miri quickly shut her eyes.
"Sesshomaru I told you not to come in! "She yelled. Sesshomaru stood there just starring at her.
Why isn't he saying anything?
Miri opened her eyes slightly to see he was just starring at her confused. Miri closed her eyes again.
What is he starring at? My markings are covered. My kimono's to long to see my wrist. My eyes are closed. My ears...are...oh crap.
Miri felt her ears and found her hair still tucked behind them. She scowled to herself.
I guess I should tell him now.
She slowly opened her eyes and looked at him.
"What happened to your ears! " He yelled. Miri sighed and stood up. Sesshomaru kept watching her as she walked over to her mirror and whipped off the green stuff with a small towel. Her markings were now visilable. Sesshomaru just kept starring at her.
"I guess your wondering what happened? " She asked. He nodded slightly.
"Well you see . . . this morning I woke up a demon! "She said excited. He sat down on her bed.
"How? Does this have anything to do with you seeing Inuyahsa and his friends? "His voice sounded angry. Miri frowned.
I can't tell him! Then he'll know and it will be a huge mess. Rini was right what was I thinking?
"Um...kinda. " Miri mumbled. Sesshomaru raised an eyebrow.
"What happened then? " He asked. Miri nodded.
What ever I'm just going to tell him.
"Well... " She took a deep breath.

"That..is..the dumbest thing I've ever heard a human do! " He yelled. Miri backed away.
"What? " Miri looked confused.
"You went and risked your life just so I would be nicer to you! " He growled. Miri glared.
After all of that he doesn't even care?
She growled.
"You know what Sesshomaru. I use to think you were really awsome and cool! And that maybe there was a little bit of a gentle man in you! Now all I see is a big...big... " She thought hard.
"Actually there is no word to describe you! " She yelled and ran past him out of the room. He watched her as she ran out. His glare eased and he almost looked upset.

He walked out of the room and looked around. She was in Rini's room yelling.
"Who does he think he is? " Miri yelled.
"I know! After everything you went through! He has the nerve to say something like that? " Rini yelled equally mad.
"You could have died! " She continued.
"But does he care? Nooooooo... I'm still nothing but a stupid human in a demon's body! " Miri growled.
"Come on we're leaving. We can find Inuyahsa and his friends. " She snapped and walked towards the balcony. Sesshoamru decided it was time to make his move and barged into the room.
"Sesshomaru... " Rini glared at him. Miri's back was turned to him. She didn't want to turn around and look at him. He sighed.
"Rini may I have a word with Miri alone. "He asked. Rini frowned.
"No! You may not! You already had a chance at that! But you blew it! You now what, you are a big old poop face! " She yelled. Miri smirked.
"Leave. " He growled. Rini turned around.
"No! " She snapped.
"Just leave! " Sesshomaru yelled. Miri turned around.
"If she doesn't want to she doesn't have to jerk! " She walked over to him.
"I don't know why you'd think she would leave! Come on are you that stupid? " She asked. Sesshomaru looked down at her then sighed.
"Fine. If she won't leave we will. " He grabbed Miri's wrist and dragged her out to the balcony.
"Hey! Let me go you big old fart! " Miri yelled trying to pull her wrist out of his hand. Sesshomaru smirked at the insult.
"Your time has strange comments. " He said. Miri glared up at him.
"Shut up and let me go! " She growled. Sesshomaru shook his head.
"Yeah let her go! " Rini yelled. Sesshoamru ignored them and closed the balcony door so Rini could not hear them. She ran up to the glass door and began pounding on it. Her mouth moved as she yelled out insults that their demon ears could hear. For a while they just starred at her. Watching her make funny movements with her hands. Miri couldn't help but giggle. Sesshomaru watched slightly amused.
Eventually Rini gave up and walked out of the room. Miri stopped giggling. Her and Sesshomaru were now alone. He looked down at her then sighed.
"Miri . . . " He began. She let her rage out.
"Don't Miri me! Who do you think you are? I went through all of that just so you would accept me better and you say I'm the most stupid human you ever met! I can't belive how stuck up you are! "
"Yes I . . . " He tried to get a word in but Miri wouldn't allow it.
"And another thing! Get over yourself! You act like your better then everyone else, Oh look at me! I'm Lord Sesshomaru! I'm the best! I have no emotions. Now do what I say or I'll kill you. "She looked up at him kinda expecting him to be mad. His eyes to be red. But instead he looked hurt, Upset. Miri frowned.
Congradulations Miri. You finally brought emotion to Lord Sesshomaru's face.
She sighed.
"Can I talk now? " Sesshoamru asked. Miri nodded her head.
"I'm...sorry. " He mumbled. Miri looked at him surprised.
